In line with The Environmental Permitting (England & Wales) Regulations 2010, Regulation 20, Cannon Tri-laminates Ltd is permitted under permit (Prescribed Manufacturing Process) licence reference number: LA-PPC/PERMIT/16102/012, to use within its coating process, aromatic solvents, which are monitored by Wigan Metropolitan Borough Council Environmental Heath & Consumer Protection Department.
Cannon Tri-laminates Ltd is also monitored by HM Customs and Excise for aromatic solvents / hydrocarbon oils used in its industrial process and granted a certificate of approval under Hydrocarbon Oils Act 1979 Section 9, approval number: 05521209.
